Account help
Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen of the app or at felonentrepreneur.com/forgot-password. If your account email is no longer accessible, email support@felonentrepreneur.com from any address and tell us what email you used to sign up.
Billing & subscriptions
Most app subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change those, open your device’s subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). For web purchases (merch, services, or web-billed subscriptions), email support@felonentrepreneur.com with your order number and we’ll handle it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data per our retention policy. You can also email privacy@felonentrepreneur.com to request deletion in writing.
Merch orders
Apparel is print-on-demand via Printful and ships in 5–10 business days after the order is placed. If your order is delayed, damaged, or wrong, email support@felonentrepreneur.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
Reporting a bug or safety issue
Found a bug? Saw harmful content on the platform? Email support@felonentrepreneur.com. For urgent safety issues, please include “URGENT” in the subject line.
