Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 19, 2026 · Last Updated: May 19, 2026
Felon Entrepreneur LLC ("Felon Entrepreneur," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Felon Entrepreneur mobile application and the website at felonentrepreneur.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Felon Entrepreneur LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We build technology that helps justice-impacted individuals — people rebuilding after incarceration — build careers, start businesses, and create stable lives.
We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with any parole, probation, or correctional authority. Information you give us is not shared with law enforcement, parole officers, or any government body unless required by valid legal process (see Section 4.2).
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information. Email address, password (stored and verified through our authentication provider — we never see your plaintext password), and chosen display name.
- Profile information. Optional photo or AI-generated avatar, name, location, and answers to our onboarding and in-app questionnaires.
- User-generated content. Journal entries, business plans, resume content, documents you upload to your Vault, photos or text you submit as task proof, messages to the AI Coach or FE Agent, custom logos you generate in Logo Studio, and any other content you create.
- Payment information. If you purchase a subscription or merchandise, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card information. We do not see or store your full card number — only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits.
- Shipping information. If you order physical merchandise, we collect the shipping address you provide and pass it to our fulfillment partner (Printful).
- Communications. If you email us, leave feedback, or contact support, we keep a record of that communication.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information. Device type, operating system and version, app version, device identifiers, language, and time zone.
- Usage data. Screens you visit, features you use, buttons you tap, and the timestamp and approximate duration of each session.
- Approximate location. When you use the Jobs feature, we use your approximate location (city/zip level) to find jobs near you, only with your permission and only while the feature is open. We do not track precise location in the background.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Anonymous error logs to fix bugs.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication providers. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and basic profile information from that provider. We never receive your password.
- Payment processor. Stripe sends us transaction status, subscription status, and the last four digits of your payment card.
We do not purchase or receive personal information from data brokers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and operate your account.
- Provide the core features of the Service — Life Plan, Build My Business, Coach, FE Agent, Resume Builder, Document Vault, Jobs, Logo Studio, Pulse, Streaks, and any future features.
- Generate personalized content using artificial intelligence (see Section 4.1). The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate your Life Plan, business plan, coach responses, proof reviews, logos, and similar content.
- Verify task completion. When you submit proof of completed work, an AI model reviews it for completeness. Staff do not routinely review individual proofs.
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts, subscription notices).
- Send push notifications you have opted into. You can disable them at any time in your device settings or in the app.
- Process payments and fulfill orders.
- Communicate with you about the Service (security alerts, product updates, support replies).
- Protect the Service from fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make decisions about your eligibility for employment, housing, credit, or any other legal benefit. AI-generated content in the Service is informational only and is not a legal, medical, financial, or career credential.
